We all arrived in Coronado on Tuesday evening and had a great time....
Enjoying all the amenities of the hotel Glorietta Bay Inn.
Took a tour of the San Diego area with a step on guide making stops at Balboa Park, LaJolla to enjoy the magnificent ocean views and watch the seals along the beach. We stopped at Old Town San Diego for lunch and time for looking and shopping. Later we enjoyed a harbor cruise. Along the way we had beautiful views of the San Diego skyline along with opportunities to see many large ships in port including some military crafts. We traveled under the Coronado Bridge and had a beautiful day on the water.
The next day was free for our guests to enjoy many of the sights of the area. Some went to Balboa park for the day, others enjoyed a time of shopping and walking at Seaport Village on a beautiful day. Still others spent the day on Coronado Island taking a walk through town or across the street to the Hotel Del Coronado for a look at this grand hotel and a walk on the beautiful beach.
Last night we enjoyed a wonderful meal and the play Oklahoma at the Welk theatre.
Today it's off to Long Beach with stops at San Juan Capistrano Mission and Laguna Beach.
