Howdy Partner---It was a great Texas Trip!

We spent 16 days with 40 great travelers visiting the Great State of Texas. Let me just share some highlights!
--tour of Dallas including a stop where President Kennedy was shot along with some interesting highlights of this great city.
--a stop at South Fork Ranch and remembering JR Ewing and all of the clan.
--a trip to the Texas Ranger history museum
--a stop at the LBJ Ranch
--The Nimitz Museum in Fredricksburg
--A 3 day stay in San Antonio with a tour of the Alamo and many other sites.
--lots of time to enjoy the Riverwalk.
--a trip to South Padre Island
--2 days in Corpus Christi
--a tour of the USS Lexington and a stop at the Texas Aquarium
--a tour of the Johnson Space Center
--time in Galveston with a close up look at all of the devastation caused by Hurricane Ike
--a stop at the Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma City on our way home and the end of a great trip!

We had great weather and a great time as we explored the great State of Texas!
